Improving ADS - looking for help

Hi, im trying to improve the aiming system to replicate or expand upon the day z / 6 days in fallujah games.
This consists of two stages while trying to aim.
the first one, when you hold right click, should be a point shoot stance, kind of a low-ready posture.
second stage, while holding the right click and swiping up the scroll wheel should be the ADS posture.

The problem is i have no idea where or how to start with the moding tool. im looking for help.
