You can heal fully and faster at the medical tent and ambulance. It also provides additional storage. With the ambulance, if you choose an unarmed driver, supposedly it will count against the opposing team to intentionally attack the ambulance.

It's the same in the game as in reality. As soon as someone starts breaking the rules, there are no more rules. That's why in all the world wars and in the current one, medics have been killed to a greater or lesser extent.

THAT is why it is important - in the game - that you can agree on rules. Clearly recognizable medics are taboo for ME. But the reverse is also true. But nobody sticks to it - except when there is a supervisor (admin etc.). Where there is no judge, there is no plaintiff.

I place a personal value on “reality” as far as possible. One reason why I will never play officially again. If I want to go to a kindergarten, I go to one. PS : It takes no courage to murder a wounded man or a medic who just wants to help.
