How is anyone supposed to answer this thoroughly if you don't list your system specs? Also - plenty of people run arma3 fine - as well as reforger.
1. im im surveying peoples experiences, if you really wanna know then Im on a 3080 and 5800X3D.
2. As for your inevitable claims of "run arma 3 fine" Maybe they do but anything below 100 frames is considered the 'fine' range and multiplayer craps the bed into the low 40s during combat in arma 3 even on a modless server. the game runs on 1 thread anyways so that begs the question why would I settle for crap frames when I'm in fact spending hundreds on hardware for more frames? That's counterintuitive thus at this conjuncture it's why I'm hoping it has improved in reforger.
i get 60fps at 720p on an R7 2700 and GTX 1060 6GB with settings similar to the Xbox Series S, though the game can still dip down to 40 (but it does that on the XSS anyway).
game could really benefit from fsr 3 integration
