Weird input lag at 4k resolution.

Does anyone else notice this? Playing at 4k has a very slight but noticeable input lag. Pulling down the render resolution eliminates it.

I tested a lot the settings and I noticed that the more I load the GPU, the more input lag I have. The worst of course is having Vsync on but even with it off if I choose AA x2 its alright but AA x4 will come with little input lag even tho the framerate is the same (constant 60 fps locked) so its more gpu lag but feels like input lag
