Are LIFE mods active on Reforger?

I want to see if LIFE mods are still active before purchase. Used to love them a long time ago, and was looking to play one again.

Arma life servers are 10000x better than gta ones.

I think rp was made popular by garry's mod more than arma 1 but it is about the same time period
