There was Ravage, but appears the modder has decided not to continue dev on it. Maybe he will let someone else continue the great work he started.

Playxble is building a decent one.
Progress pretty good. Already basebuilding and garages.

There is also a tarkov kinda thing, where you go out, loot and exfil.
Players can encouter AI or other players, no zombies.
This is pretty new, but is fun to do.
