New combat ops mode questions

Is there any way to get the friendly AI you encounter in the world to follow you?

I selected the "save game and quit" option, but when I selected the game from the bottom menu of "recent games played", it just seemed to restart the entire scenario and didn't save anything like outpost fast travel points I had unlocked. Is there a way to save progress and resume it?

There is no way to have the friendly AI to follow you, or to give orders to them, that's not in the game.

They seriously still haven't added a save yet for that mission? so ridiculous .

There is no completion. It is just a mode to mess around in as FIA. Every time you play it is different.

not just finishing it but also all the stuff you loot and take back to HQ is gone. cars too. so whats the point.

It seems that you get four mission goals that are always the same when you begin. Wouldn't completing all of those objectives finish the mission?

yes, well you finish the goals and then get to the extraction just as in arland's combat ops

Arma, sadly ever since I started playing it, in Armed Assault has never figured out a save option. I used to save Arma 2 missions on a server. Then come back to it on a second play through. But the reloads would tank the performance to unplayable.

A cheat code mod would be more help. God mode and teleport. Like you can get on the ARMA 3 workshop.

Hi, I know you can save in SP for combat ops Everon although its bugged right now, but I have another question. Am I suppose to be able to save for servers hosted locally? or its not an option.

Because I want to play with my friend but if we cant save the server, its pointless
