How do you spawn a heli?

I can't even do it because it just says "Sergeant" and its greyed out

Ah yes. You must be a Sergeant rank in-game to spawn one. Don't worry, you can rank up really fast by just driving the transport truck and resupplying bases (20-30 minutes for me normally). Then, you will have the helipad that you saw. Make sure it has supplies. Spawn as normal.

If you don't know what rank you are, hold "J". On the bottom right of your screen, you'll see your rank.

How many supplies would you need to get a heli? Can you just drive up to a base with 1 fully loaded truck to get yourself a heli? (while being sergeant rank).
