Joystick support coming soon?

I don't recall seeing any mention of joystick support in the roadmap, so I'm not sure if it will be added for reforger.

Well, I think we are likely to see exactly that in 2023, 2024, 2025, and maybe 2026 until Arma 4 comes out.

As Reforger *isnt* Arma 4 there's a chance we won't see all the luxuries in Reforger, I hope we do though.

I tried that and then the joystick started doing mouse and keyboard actions whilst I was flying. Because the console controller's few buttons are all given about 100 bindings that can't be removed, and so when the joytick pretends to be a controller, it does many things at once.

I tried the emulator again, yesterday, and it disables my mouse. Wasn't worth going past the initial ingame menu screen

It is possible to map TM Hotas via Joystick Gremlin + Steam Input. However, I could not find how you can map collective axis. Collective in Reforger works as always "auto hold baro altitude" and two buttons to initiate descent or ascent. Anyone knows how to map collective? Please let me know.
