How can i use the mod editor to create a Mod?

i want to create a mod but i don't know how to make it

there are a lot of tutorials online. i would start with the terrain editor tutorial its the easiest and gets you started on how the system works. if you have experience with unit or unreal that also helps.

If your seriously asking questions like this then theres no hope for you actually making a mod without having someone tell you every single step (hand holding)

Hi mate,

If you want to start, do not start with Arma Reforger. There is plenty of information for Arma 3. Reforger is a new... thing?

Starting with Arma 3 stuff you will get used to. But Reforger seem to be... different => better.

Reforger is way to new to have enough information to do anything. You will be wasting a lot of time until the game starts to develop a body. Reforger is an skeleton, they will need to add muscle and fat ;)

Mathematically does not make sense to work on Reforger stuff unless you are young and have plenty of time ;) Go to Arma 3 instead or learn Java for Android. Apparently the new code looks like very close to it. And with Java you can create your own apps ;) And making stuff for Reforger in the future ;)

Install Arma Reforger tools on steam, use youtube to learn. Ask questions in the official arma discord and people can help you

Are you trying to use the actual Reforger Mod Tools found under "Tools" in steam, or use the in game workbench? One makes mods, the other makes gamemaster scenarios.

Where do you find the tools section at from the main store page? I haven't been able to find the "tools" section to download the Reforger Tools

If you own Arma Reforger on Steam, you need to look for Arma Reforger Tools under the Tools section in your Steam game Library. It's not found on the store page. Make sure you don't have your games filter to ignore "Tools" applications.
