For sure, you will have to configure a working mic with Windows, may want to check YouTube Tutorials, ... . Then, it's the "T" key ... .
Not sure for the "Caps Lock" key, yet ... .

T is local and CApslock is radio, unless the controller has a button for talking on PC im not sure
