Frame rate capped at 60fps all of the sudden?
I'm trying to play today, but my frame rate seems to be capped at 60fps for some reason and won't go any higher. I've tried playing with some of the options to no avail yet.

did you maybe update your GPU drivers?
i know Nvidia likes to reset some system settings to default after an update.

so, if you have a Nvidia GPU check the Nvidia Control Panel - general settings and see if Vsync is Disabled.
or disable it via NvidiaCP game .exe profile.

Just tested it. 120 - 170fps. 60 lock always sounds like V-Sync to me. Turn it on and off again.

I managed to get it to work again somehow, turned on my secondary monitor while restarting my pc and also verified the files and it's working normally again, thank you
