Just info for 1060 owners.

Utilization
Game runs at full utilization. CPU around 90% on all 6 cores. GPU at 99%. Tested on server with 120 players. This is quite mindblowing.

FPS and Lag
FPS at around 55 to 60. A bit of render lag. Nothing horrible.

Settings
Game looks reasonably nice at mostly medium settings. 2500 visibility from max 5000. You can play at high settings, but that will reduce FPS to 45. Still quite reasonable for a game like this.

Overall game runs and looks better than Arma 3. Even with old hardware.
