Moses disapearing around a hot chocolate

I'm in first chapter, in the FAB taking a hot chocolate with Moses, I examined him, didn't talk to him, then went to the bar, took a hot chocolate to him and now I'm in a conversation with an empty chair. The dialogue seems to be working otherwise. Dunno if other choices would have made him appear, like talking to him first.
