Cannot change the clothes

When I try to change the clothes in the first episode or in Max's house, it does not work. I can only adjust one fit, and the other stays on default. I have tried starting the new game, but the issue is still here.

Wdym? Like you can only change the inside clothes, and the outside clothes stay with the first option no matter what? When you enter the game, does it use the one outfit you chose and the default for the other, or does it show the outside clothes the inside is matched with?

Yes, I can only change one piece of clothing. The other stays on default and won't change at all. When I start the game, it just shows the outfit that was picked last.
