Stuck in Gwen's Office Chapter 2
I purchased the advance release post patch and this issue started then but has continued even after the full game downloaded. I am stuck searching Gwen's office. The dead world works fine but in living world there are 3 items I'm supposed to be able to interact with in the room. Keeping it vague to not show spoilers. But I have NO items to interact with in the living world so I cannot finish searching her office.

I am using windows 11
NVIDIA GEForce GTX 1650 Ti with Max Q design
Intel Iris (R) Xe Graphics
and 11th Gen Intel Core i7 2800

I may not have the newest set up but I meet the minimum. I only paid extra for the game to play it early and I could not finish the two chapters and cannot play it even still. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've verified files thru steam. It just wont get past that section.

And that's ridiculous because I left it on and idle one day when I was at work so it looks like I've played it a lot but I can't get past this part and I've been messagkng you all since October and NO ONE WILL RESPOND so its been more than 2 weeks. THE GAME IS NOT PLAYABLE AND YOUR TECH SUPPORT IS NON EXISTANT NOONE WILL HELP ME! you can't make me pay for a game that I CAN NOT PLAY AND YOU WILL NOT SUPPORT! LETS TRY THIS AGAIN.....WILL YOU HELP ME OR WILL YOU GIVE ME MY $90 BACK?????

I'm not a developer or member of the support, but just a player who bumped on this thread, so don't shoot the messenger ;)

Obviously I can't guarantee I'll be able to solve the issue, but since support is rather quiet I can give it a shot.
There are couple of things I'd like to know though:
1. Have you simply tried to start the game over on the new save slot? That might help.
2. Could you check out and make sure that game is running on the dedicated GPU all the time?
3. What are your graphical settings? Are you playing on the lowest by any chance?
4. You mentioned in one of your posts that the items are highlighted in 'cyan-like color' and are 'transparent'. Could you please take a screenshot (simply press F12 button while you're playing) and post it here? That'd be really useful.

In other words - I'm afraid you can't get refund anymore.

I have been asking for help from you all since October and you have ignored me for 3 months and not helped me and then you come back and say its too late to ask for a refund because YOU ALL delayed your responses and would not answer me, assist me, help me in ANY way? That's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Had any of you bothered to help me I emailed for support, I posted for support and I filled out the form for support and did not get responses from any of the 3 methods of asking for help. I have a string of messages going back to October showing me asking you for help and that the game is unplayable so dont you dare tell me i waited too long for a refund on a GAME THAT DOES NOT PLAY. IT IS STUCK IN CHAPTER TWO and has been since October when I got the early release. I tried the updates, the patches and its still NOT WORKING because the game is crap. So sorry not sorry but your answer is unacceptable. Either help me resolve my issues or give me my money back.

I posted all my PC settings in the original post of this thread. I cannot believe how terrible the support has been on this and then to tell me its too late to ask for a refund when I've been asking for help since October. I did restart the game that's why it shows i played more hours than they allow for a refund because I started it over twice and it stops working at the same point every time. I have tried changing the graphics to all different levels each time I tried playing it. I also get the large block shadows of images not rendering through parts of the game like walking outside in the courtyard you can't see the images its just big blocky renderings. I will take a screenshot when I'm not working, I'm at work right now. When I am in Gwen's office and I toggle from living to dead world both worlds are labeled as living at the top of the screen but it changes the views that you see. In the one world the book is on the back desk and the other the book is on the desk with the phone. But in the 2nd of those two it doesn't let you pick up the book or click on it, you can't click on the computer, nothing all the items are transparent and cyan and I looked at a walkthrough to see what you're supposed to be able to click on in that world, the plant in the back of the room, the record player and the book at that desk with the computer and phone but none of the items are selectable but tech support just threw their hands in the air refusing to help me and now saying I waited too long to ask for a refund.

Again: I'm NOT a member of tech support, I'm NOT a developer, I'm NOT working for Steam and I'm NOT responsible for the state of this game or the bugs you've encountered.
I'M JUST A GAMER WHO BUMPED ON THIS THREAD.

Sorry for Caps-Lock, but maybe I didn't make this clear enough in my previous post.
