Stuck on loading screen but the background music playing

Description of the issue: I bought the game and when I open it it stays on a black screen with the name “square ENIX” and the background music playing but it doesn’t advance from there, then an error pops up saying the game crashed and it will close and it says I haven been playing for 6hours almost and I haven’t even played. I tried everything there was to try and nothing works, I was so excited to play.
