game not loading

i am having issues where the game is taking forever to load so much so that i am missing cut scenes, the audio for the cutscenes will play put it will still be on the loading screen

i am trying uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that does anything if not im just not gonna play until they release a patch

I tried that and when I reopened it I tried starting a new game but I couldn't get past the very first loading screen. It didn't play the cutscene over it anymore but it still won't load

I change the graphics quality in low and max frame rate to 60 FPS and now it works for me sooo

i tried this and now it works for me too

put graphics to low fps to 60 it worked but not worth playing with settings that low! ill be waiting till they get that worked out.
