let us pre-download the game

so I bought the standard edition but I can't pre-download the game even though the game's already released for ultimate edition people (thanks for play testing btw)

Steam servers are generally pretty good, and have a fairly continuous load, so you don't need as much preload window as when a publisher is launching their only major game that quarter.
