It's university housing, right? Some place the school provides for its resident instructors. It does look pretty sleek, yet cozy. Plus it comes with a cool dungeon—I mean basement! 😝

She's not actually paying for it, it's because she's the artist in residence. Which is even more enviable imo. Like she gets that sweet house and isn't even paying for it, more like she's getting paid to live there lol
