[SOLVED] Bug helping Gwen open the display case and giving the package to Vinh. [SOLVED]

Hello, I’ve come across a rather annoying bug.
It happens in chapter one, when you go to the campus to speak with Safi’s mother. You’ll have two side quests: helping Gwen open the display case and giving the package to Vinh.

If you complete the missions in the following order:
1 - Help Gwen
2 - Collect the package
3 - Go to Vinh, it won’t allow you to speak to Vinh and ill skip directly to the scene where Moses leaves the office, don't allowing you from delivering the package to Vinh.
