bug in lucas' office episode 3

I'm stuck in lucas' office as my tasks say, talk to vinh in the admin room and find information about maya. I know i need the key under the family photo but when i click to view the family photo the screen is black but i still have the thing at the side saying how to rotate and zoom in and out. So now I cant progress because i cant get the key.

the only solution that worked with me as to restart the capter on the Cap. Menu.

I exited to main menu then reload the save and was able to get the key then and progress further !!

thanks guys I had to just reload the scene from the chapter menu and that seemed to solve the issue!

haven't run into that glitch but I did manage to get into the room on the living world when I shouldn't have to, which allowed me to phase through Lucas lol

Thank you for giving me the hint of the key... I didn't have this glitch, but the whole scene is/was so full of bugs that I was nearly sure that I was game-breaking stuck. Invisible doors, open doors where they should have been closed, open suitcases where they have to be closed... I hope they fix all that in some updates soon!!! Besides of that I like the game very much... Scary... Strange...

I have a visual bug where I can physically see the photo but I can still rotate I just don't know what i'm looking, however I managed to figure out that once you rotate the photo enough a prompt will up and you the word key and you can just claim it from there and progress.
