The child ghost in the Crypt

I am having some trouble trying to get a picture of this ghost. Even with all the notes, it never seem to appear. For extra info, I've exocise the White Lady and remove her from the Crypt. Now, this boy is the last ghost in the game. I've tried to put a camera at every corner once or twice and wait 10-20 minutes for it to appear but it never did. I am out of idea whether a bug happened. It seemed that the ghost doesn't even produce any audio now.

I've tried placing my autocam at the corner of the entrance by the fountain but it never appeared once there. I was a bit reluctant to place there after multiple (probably 5 times placing camera there) attempts. So, I switch around all the corners of the crypt but unfortunately there were no pictures taken. Finally, I had to look through the guide and see where they place the camera and replicate it. It does appear there. Perhaps placing the camera at the corner block the ghost and ended up stopping them from appearing.

I also notice a weird way of taking photo. Holding the autocam which has been switch on and walk around seemed to be quite good at catching ghost which spawn as shadow or like mist. The camera doesn't even need to be placed. I caught the Lady in White accidentally when I was carrying it (I couldn't even see her until I squinted my eyes.)
