FDice fudging mechanics to save sanity of the players?
Dices are just and random, but human mind is loss averse. Bar rolls hurt much more than good rolls bring joy.
So maybe IDK invent some counter that shows how many sucsess and failure is expected in this roll on average mathematically, so player truly sees and knows how lucky/unlucky he was.
And maybe if roll was too bad or too good store some lucky/unlucky dice for further rolls.
It also might prefent pure luck winning a game.

2+ to hit, 5/6 chance of hitting. 83%. If rolling twice, 98%
3+ to hit 2/3 chance 66% or 89% twice.
4+ 1/2 chance. 75% twice
5+ 1/3 chance or 56% twice
6+ 1/6 chance 16% once or 31% twice
