I really like this game BUT..

I really like this game, but it gets pretty repetitive, quicker than I would have liked. Even if I play different Races, the game feels a bit samey.... It needs more variety, either across factions or in events, another option is more Acts so your "build" can scale more out of control in different directions before you win and have to "reset" and do a new run.

I like the "Demon race".. They can get a level-up upgrade that gives you a random stat increase, which is actually very exciting, cause it can completely change a unit if you get lucky. More of that please :) Unfortunately they have almost no ranged units.. and I really enjoy ranged combat.

Other than that its mostly the random events that alter the runs in ways I think is interesting... And it feels like you can get almost all of the available events during a single run, if you aim for the events in the campaign.

But thank you for the game, hope it will keep growing.

Its Warhammer cloned. The game in itself is incredibly repetitive.

sadly the first update we got was about multiplayer so its maybe going down the bad roud of multiplayer focused. co op for the singleplayermode would get me to buy some dlcs. but after not even posting the changelogs for all update and the paywall for 2 leaders for an absurd price... nah i will invest in other games that will come

I like the game as it is, dont get me wrong. I just hope its gonna be something more. If not I had my fun, got one of the dlc's to support it. Im not really a multiplayer guy, im too sore of a loser, I really like the roguelite aspects of this, so thats what im hopeing will be build upon.

this is the nature of miniatures wargaming. it DOES get repetitive. but you get variety in the units - both yours and the enemy. if you're looking for something like total war or something, that's a pretty different kind of game.

I have all the DLC's. There are a LOT of different units, and combinations.

I think part of the problem is that there seems to be a very limited number of low level enemy armies in the campaign. At higher levels you can come up against anything in the game, but the beginning of every run is all imperials/undead/orcs over and over. Maybe some dwarf miners if you're lucky. I can't remember fighting against the rats before act 2, and I've never encountered dragonspawn before act 3.
