[BUGS] Charge and maneuver breaking

I've ran into similar bugs multiple times in campaign mode, first where an enemy unit will cancel out my charge order to launch their own charge. In short I will select my target in my front arc, then a different target will charge my front arc, and if it happens at the end of the charge phase it won't even let me counter charge.

Secondly I've found slightly less often that I'll make a move, but when it's either the AI's shooting or charging phase, I'll be shunted back to the position I was in before I moved. Pushing me back into charge range or shooting LoS.

The charge break bug I've ran into consistently, the movement reversal has been something I've not been able to consistently replicate.

I do not think the first one is a bug, these are how the charging mechanism works. If an enemy is closer then you in the front they can intercept your charge. You can only intercept once however, so that sometimes becomes a bit hard to follow.

The movement sounds like a bug tho!
