Cannot Play The Game

All I see is a bunch of weird symbols, ??hh@, can't even read the words.

In windows, click under region, select administrative tab, under language for non-Unicode Programs, choose chinese simplifed and restart your pc. it should work. I also couldn't figure but after navigating my struggles i am able to convert those werid symbols to chinese. Hope this will help you.
