I post a 30 minute or so video and it never loads in but why?

Everytime I load in the game, I spin forever and cant move or stop spinning. I can only do chat, do the switch to mouse key. If I do switch to mouse key, I only freeze - stops me from spinning but I cant move or move the camera or anything. I can't play this at all with this issue. Is there anyway to stop this behavior? What can I do? Thanks...
