Though in the end if you have a medic you should quickly notice that patch up is a trap skill, its there to look nice and interesting, but it actually is not. Here is why, the buffed patch up in this version heals 3% on level 1 and 15% on level 10, but it requires you to spend 10 points on this skill and its still only 15% of Max HP healed after each battle. Healing Hands on the other hand is 5 point skill that heals 100% HP of all party members for low TP cost (1TP on Max Level).
So there are minor inconsistencies regarding the numbers with this skill simulator, but it still should be good for overall planning and i think this guy made skill simulators for many if not most of the Etrian series games so if you need one for the 2nd or 3rd game just check his github.
Also i do recommend you check the class you were talking about and reconsider your build choices, some skills are just not worth to max them out, so maybe you actually can get all you want without maxing something out. Here a quick example, maxing out TP Regen is wasting 3 skill points, on level 7 TP Regen regenarates 4TP each turn in battle, you would need 3 more skill points to regenerate 5TP, so its 1TP regenerated per turn for 3 skill points.
