A bit torn on a few builds...
Trying to work out what to do with a few classes in my party. I'm running a PLAMT party, and for the most part I know how to build the Protector and Medic, as well as the Troubadour... The problem is the Alchemist and the Landsknecht.

I'm going with Axes, but unsure if I should be pumping Crush, Stunner, Silencer or just one of them. Also a bit unsure if I should pump the passive that gives double attacks or it's considered better spent elsewhere; just seems to trigger rarely at 5 points so far.

The Alchemist is specced into Fire, Inferno, and Flame. I maxed the Poison tree so I can apply Poison and Venom, and also put some points into Ice. I'm unsure if I will have the points for getting all the Ice skills, and unsure if I should focus on the AOE attack or one of the single target spells instead.

Any "must have" skills I'm missing here? I've heard you can also make hybrid Landsknecht builds that swap swords and axes based on normal battles or bosses/FOE's.

If you are going Axe, then Crush is your friend. Swords will sometimes be recommended to help with random battle clears, switching to axe to murder bosses and foes as you mentioned.

As for Alchemist, taking all 3 attacks in an element might be a little rash, the TP to damage ratio does not work quite as well as we would all like (at least in my opinion), some guides I've read recommend Fire and Ice max with the multi target Volt for randoms, Poison while good to help clear things in early levels its proc rate on bosses is not great shall we say, and honestly that is indeed what I personally have found to work.
I don't know how good EO1 poison is on lower difficulties, but in Expert mode, poison falls off after about the first stratum or so due to capping at 255 damage per turn.
I personally like maxing out the stronger single-target fire skill and the multitarget volt skill on an Alchemist if using one (while also putting one point into the multitarget ice skill due to a postgame quest requiring it).

With a Landshark, hybrid builds are indeed a thing, although the only two attacking skills you'll want to max out with that build are their two best attacking skills: Crush and Allslash.
