Why are all 3 releasing at the same time?

they release those 3 together not for us who tried the games but for the new generation
but they know some of the old generation fans will still buy it to experience it again in HD

Yeah, why wouldn't I play the first two then? There's still no reason not to, if the 3rd isn't just some kind of remake of the first two.

Uhhh so?? Mechanics evolve, new features and classes are added, absolutely moronic not to play them in order. Also they are not unrelated, the world and lore is a continuation of the entire series.

His point is would you NOT play something like FFVII or FFVI now that FFXVI is coming out?
Does the later make the former 2 obsolete? Does the Remake being out means that nobody is going to touch the original FFVII now?

In EO's case, not really. My first EO experience is EO3 and I went back to EO2 for a more classic experience(the classes and music in EO2 interest me more as well, hence why it over EO1). Only thing I lament is the slower speed. Else, EO2 was as playable as EO3.

Bruh literally don't metter if u play 1, 2 or 3 first, every game is "unrrelated" from another and the EO2 it's not just a improve from the EO1 and much less take the place of the same, dungeons, majority classes, enemies, bosses, quests and etc. I can talk for a long time from the differences of every EO basically, so give a try looking for videos on youtube :)

bunch of simps. This isnt final fantasy, its a dungeon crawler with barely a plot. Nobody is going to buy a lesser version of the same game. The sequels are just enhanced versions of hte previous. Whos going to waste their time playing a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ version of the same game.

Not every sequel is superior to the previous game or games. I definitely wouldn't say that playing 4 or 5 (notably 4) is the same experience as playing the first three games, and the class selection and challenges laid out aren't going to be the same. Some people even prefer 1 or 2 over the later games. EO1 and EO1U aren't even the same games when you play Untold without the story mode due to the math changes and other things.

That's like saying every latest iteration of a fighting game is superior the the previous games, completely ignoring the playable cast, mechanical changes, balance, aesthetics, etc...

Hell, you can even see a style difference between the old portraits and the new ones wedged in for the sake of it.

Some people want to enjoy the games in order. See the changes for themselves in how the series evolved. If someone only wants to play one game, then yes, obviously go for the latest one. If you want a lot of gameplay though, may as well play them in order.

from what ive seen the games are not the same and deff not the same storys, so saying worse versions kinda off and misleading calling them the same game

that would be like saying dungeons and dragons are all the same game because many of the older ones were so alike
