What happens when I miss a VIP request dish?
I was supposed to do the veggie sushi but with 1 day left I accidentally enhanced a dish using rice and now I don't have any rice, am I missing something important when I can't fullfill the VIP order? This is my first time missing an optional objective.

Did you find out? I had the exact same thing happen to me in the same VIP client

Theres no real consequence. The VIP will just come back after a few days again, giving you time to acquire the proper ingredients.
