Did I break my game? White Spotted Jelly

Ok so I am having a really hard time. I got the VIP mission to get the white spotted jelly. I found the cave where they first appear, I got back to the restaurant and thought I had to make a meal out of them like I did for the shark-head the lady who intros hiring needed. Once I used the White Spotted Jelly in a mean it un-crossed it out and I failed the mission.

Ok all good, I got the VIP mission again. But now when I look for the White Spotted Jelly, they are never spawning! I have tried like 8 different times, across multiple days. Right now I feel like I have the right map, it is night, I am doing the eel mission...I look everywhere from 50 to 130 down and they just aren't anywhere.

IS my game bugged?

I had trouble finding them later on as well. The best place is in the Stalactite cave, which is part of the Limestone caves. It's usually in the middle of the map closer to 130 then 50. It does not always spawn.

Yeah, I did not fail the mission but Stalactite Cave (or Limestone Cave in my localization version), but right after I served him the location did not spawn for so long.

I seriously doubt you're bugged, just at the mercy of unkind RNG.
