Tranq shark

I used Enhanced Hush Dart II, lv1, fired 20 darts at a hammerhead shark and couldn't get it to work. I tried waiting the entire duration of the icon and I tried multiple darts. Do I need to get lucky and find the weapon level upgrade?

Also how often does the tuna catching tool show up? I've spent an hour opening green boxes and I haven't found one...

you can only catch sharks and the like with hush dart when you get final upgrade and hit it with 2 darts for none spoiler need to find sea ppl town and the smith

If you use a weapon with the tranq quality from upgrades then you can put the big animals to sleep and use a drone as well

hush dart needs final upgrade to tranq big animals. otherwise use a rifle or other gun with tranq ability but it's not guaranteed like hush dart level 3 upgrade (which takes 2 darts to knock out big things)

upgrade your sniper rifle to the Tranq sniper and theres a 40% chance to sleep larger fish
