so of course your say level 7 guys are gonna be better
but each person has their own set of skills and some get more stats per level
Internet add allows you to pull from higher tiers.
What's the point of using Internet Add if they are level 1 and the ones from the other Ads are also level1?
It's important to inspect them before hiring to see what they will be at higher level. Every tier has some decent hires but the higher tiers have more and better ones.
before you hire look at "details" on the staff, it will show you their max level stats and skills.
The "special" staff are vastly better (either mechanically, comedically or usually both) than the regular staff you can get at the start.
It should really say rank instead of level.
Everyone starts at level 1, but not everyone is the same rank. Certain employees only become available once you hit a certain Cooksta rank, or use higher-tier hiring ads to get those employees earlier.
Higher ranked employees will have better skills, and will earn more stats with level ups.
When hiring, click on a potential new hire and select "Details", this will show you what their skills are and what their max stats will look like.
