Fish Farm Question!

Hello, should I keep two of ALL fish, or only 2 of the more profitable ones?

Also, I'm guessing i should keep 2 of the higher quality fish in the tank, and send the lower quality and surplus high quality to the restaurant?
Or is this wrong.

It depends on your current goals. You can upgrade the capacity of each pen in the fish farm decently, but less valuable fish do still take up capacity which could be used by other, more valuable types. It's really up to you based on your priorities. No wrong answer here.

There seems to be some slight weighting of 3-star fish being slightly more likely to produce more 3-star fish than if you just had 2-stars, but I've never seen evidence of more than a marginal benefit, just community musings. It's certainly not required to have 3-star fish to breed more 3-stars.
