How do you deliver wanted dishes for A noisy customer and reticent girl quests

I prepare the dishes and put them on the menu but I can't seem to deliver the dishes that they want. I need help!

For quest npcs you have to deliver themselves. (Your waiters/dining room help can't do them) I'd stand by Benno and grab the meal before anyone else could order the meal for the other npcs. (since the quest npcs arrive at the bar before everyone else)

*If* you don't use all the ingredients by putting the dish on the menu. That might be where OP is going wrong.

Can you be a bit more specific? Do you mean you can't physically get Dave there fast enough to serve them?
