I really hope your not one of those people who needs to max out all their recipes because each of the new truffle recipes will require over a year worth assuming you spend none on cooking for each recipe. lol

From what I've seen so far the truffle recipes max out at level 5 and they don't require too much to max out. I think 20ish truffles or so.

O do they, I assumed it went up to 10 and at going from 4->5 i saw it was the standard amount needed

For octopus, sheephead, blue lobster truffle recipes total cost of truffles is:
level 2, 3
level 3, 4
level 4, 6
level 5 (max), 10

total is 23

Not sure about the other truffle recipes, but based on these 3 recipes I assume it's 23 for each truffle recipe

There are only 5 truffle recipes needing 23 each, that's only 115 truffles. It's not that bad, I maxed them all out already, It took me longer to do the lobster platter and both Porcupinefish recipes.
