Can you upgrade harpoon tips?
I've not been playing for long but noticed that picking up harpoon tips from the water doesn't seem to build a blueprint like other weapons do? Can you only use the basic harpoon tip unless you find others in the water? Seems like kind of a bad decision if that's the case imo

Honestly, I never even thought of it as roguelite until you mentioned it, but now you do it makes so much more sense. Thanks!
