Where's the "Recipe Tracker"?

Feels like this is a silly question but I wasn't able to find it in the smartphone, the sushi restaurant, or the fish tracker when diving. It should be unlocked as I got the tutorial message and I'm at chapter 6.

go to your restaurant → click menu → add menu → choose the recipe you want to track → and you'll see it in the upper right corner, its icon looks like a check mark on a calendar

ah, thanks! completely missed that since when I went to look, i only looked at the "ok" and "enhance" buttons to see if it was in that area. I didn't even realize you could pin recipes either...
