Improve Bancho Sushi

No no, everything is fine but there are things that always bugged me.
Most notably the sushi you serve to customers. You see the problem is that they will always buy whatever you serve them. Most absurdly they will always pay no matter what price it is. Which I abused by serving Sailfish Sushi for most of the game as it's the 2nd most valuable single ingredient dish. So I find it ridiculous because I don't believe everyone who comes to Bancho Sushi is that wealthy.
So I think it would be far better if the dishes were also separated by customer class i.e. working class, middle class and rich. And if you don't serve sushi for the appropriate type of customer they will only order Norimaki or leave. Obviously once your rank increases more and more rich customers would visit, but you would still have to serve some affordable dishes for the working class customers. As a result you would not be able to just fish the most valuable fish all the time but also the cheaper onse too and have to find the best dishes for all 3 types of customers instead of everyone taking whatever you serve.

Also improve staff training, like give us the option to select the skills we wish to teach them. Because in the end you just keep using the same team as always. Most notably when you open the branch as employee's need to be able to Serve Drinks, Serve Cocktails, Clean Tables and Refill Wasabi there too, so the options of employee combinations become very limited. Not to mention there is no reason to select anyone else as the manager than Drae because he has the highest stats overall and thus attracts the most customers.

And please fix cleaning the tables, I mean I understand customers leaving after sitting at a dirty table too long, but no customer would leave while their table is being cleaned. So their patience should be prolonged when they see you cleaning their place.

I am not a fan of that idea since it punishes players for playing the game properly. Even if you are able to catch the big, scary and expensive fish, you can only use so much daily. If you are good enough to consistently catch expensive stuff and keep your ingredients stocked, there should be no reason to limit how much you can make daily.

Besides a few cases where I ran out of air, I like to think that I optimized my playthrough heavily, serving a boss dish something like every other day, but even after beating the game I still lack the money for all the upgrades, so it's not like serving your most expensive dishes breaks the game.
