New DLC or Update suggestion??

For me I would suggest maybe adding new content where dave goes to another island where there are tribes of people where you can trade or another island that is a city.

According to what the devs wrote as part of a Q&A with the Nikke devs, more content for DTD is on the way. Not sure where azulode got their info.

I wouldn't mind either some more original content, like a new area of the blue hole with some new fish, maybe something tropical. Or another left field crossover like Godzilla, something silly like Turok or monster hunter.

Tropical would be amazing. Maybe even a giant river that is focused on horizontal progression.

The idea of a River would be pretty cool.

I also like the idea of a Mangrove swamp or something of the sort.

That would also use 2 of the 3 fish farm nets.

The 3rd net that is on the south side. Perhaps that could be used for a large open ocean section of map. Or could be used to house boss rematches (with no drops).
