2.Steam Link remote trough your tablet or phone
3.Switch
at least in loading time issue, DTD is not that serious slow as other switch game ports.
enough to enjoy in Switch handheld.
also you can still use your JoyCon on PC, Android so.. won't be much issue to play
(not sure about iOS)
but it depends some on what is more convenient for you... you can play pc on a desktop, laptop, steam deck on whatever size screen, or stream it through steam link to phones and tablets..
if however you only have a single pc that's not so great, then i could understand going with the switch version. or if you have a lot of opportunities to play the switch while where you can't really play on PC.
also, there is a chance the pc version will get modded at some point, possibly adding more content.... i'm actually surprised it hasn't yet, that i see.
Only other issue the Switch version does have is performance drops here and there, and crashes/freezes, they're a bit more uncommon though.
Pretty much the reason I stopped gaming on my switch years ago.. Joycon Drift is immensely common with that system and makes games utterly unplayable on it.
It's a shame, it's a good console and it does have some fantastic games on it.
But it's by far the worst and most unreliable Nintendo controller they've ever made.. which is very disappointing.
And that's before you factor in the price of replacement Joycons... yeah that's just.. wow lol
Specially when the drift issue is very likely going to happen on the replacements as well after 6-12 months of regular use.
Not worth it at those kinds of prices.
