Keep progressing ingame, it didn´t work for me because i am too early in on my Steam as well.

A Dev answered this problem after several people said that the code wasn't working on the Update Notice thread

The mini-game will become available after the mini-game app in your in-game smartphone is unlocked!
Please try again after unlocking the app. It will become available as you progress further into the game.
