The menu items are discarded???
This just occured to me...must've thrown away thousands of fish...

The game tells you so several times. Bancho won't serve anything unless it's absolutely fresh, and never twice.

The only thing I wish was that ingredients wouldnt be discarded if removed from menu while still just choosing what to put on the menu before opening.
