Digital deluxe edition doesn't have any game content other than a boat skin apparently, but I'm guessing you know that already.
Game's worth it even if you're just going for the storyline. This is one of the very few games I kept playing after getting all achievements. The reason why I'd never start from scratch ever again is because, if you do go for upgrading a particular weapon (or all) for example, you'll find that the drop rates on some of the items needed is incredibly low/random, which will take away the fun and make the game grindy. If you don't have completionist OCD, you'll be just fine.
Didn't feel it was worth it.
Also felt the burnout around the same amount hours. I started just skipping days just to progress the story. Started becoming too bloated with things to do. I still had fun with it, just wish it cut out some fat and polished the overall taste in a smaller package.
