The Kronosaurus Boss Fight is the Worst (Rant)

I love this game, but it handles this boss so poorly, I wasn't expecting this fight when i was going to the control room, so i was completely unprepared. (I refuse to quit because I have a really nice inventory.) With the flow to the story, you shouldn't have to go back just to gear up for this one boss. And having to spend 45mins on this one boss hurts the flow too. But why do the have to exaggerate it, i don't think they had a heat blast coming out of their mouths in real life (I know this is a game) but you could do better with an ancient creature of this size. Also why does simply touching its back injure you so much, i know its so you can't just put yourself inside it so you can cheese it, but when using a strategy of staying behind it, it because more if a swim in circles so it doesn't brush up against you. With that you seem to take a lot of hits when you shouldn't. I'm not sure why they even bother giving you health when he's just going to attack you while you're waiting for it to open anyway. The worst thing to use is that torpedo launcher it gives you, while locking on makes sense, the firing on, not green, but the second green of the lock on is awful. Plus it's so unwieldy, you cant lock onto it without being already super close, and so you have only a second to fire it while it's charging it's own attack. and when it moves you can loses the lock on. With that why am i fighting for the camera, i pick up the torpedo launcher, it zooms in on me, so i can't get that lock on till it's close, or when I'm trying to go to the far left or right for health/ammo the Kronosaurus pulls the camera the opposite way? SO PLEASE REWORK THIS AWFUL BOSS FIGHT

After 40 tries I give up and ready to upgrade my rifle first (the missile is extremely hard to use, the boss is already faster than you and you with the missile is like a snail) and its aiming is hard (focus, focus, until the boss runs out of sight and focus lost )

not sure what i did right but i killed it with only a few attempts.

? You are supposed to pick up the missile launcher and use it. It shouldn't matter what your personal gun is, though you can pick up a sniper on the left side. The missile launcher refreshes after 5-10 seconds and you pick it up again. I only died once before completing this boss. I thought it was bad too, but because it was too easy and anti-climactic. Trivial to dodge his attacks.
