finishing the game

I'm already on chapter 6...there's a lot left to finish...my main question is if after finishing it you can continue to complete all the achievements or not....

the other doubt is to level up the restaurant...I'm with 240/250 and I don't know how to level up...

The game continues after you finish the story, yep. I think the only missable achievement is the Ration Eater achievement.

Are you referring to best taste? That's based on your dish with the highest taste value. Either level up your dish with 240 taste to higher or pick another dish to level beyond 250.

Only the Ration Eater achievement is missable.
In regards to content, there's one restaurant ingredient that's not on the marinca that is uncatchable after the endgame. It'ls listed in this guide. Won't say it here for spoiler reasons.
