Report a translation problem
The former is false - grinding wasabi is part of the kitchen tutorial at the beginning of the game.
I think dispatching is mentioned in passing, but it's not mentioned when you can start dispatching. Turns out you can do it whenever you have an employee, much to my chagrin early on where I had some extra staff idle for several days.
Same here.... I only realised this was possible mid-game too.

The first thing the game tells you on getting to the restaraunt is that you need to refill the wasabi or you cant serve food, bancho in fact has one mandatory dialogue and an optional dialogue telling you that
I just played opening night and have never seen this screen before, EVER
nor did I see any of this. I got the tea tutorial, but not the wasabi tutorial.
Beginning to think that between this and the nasty crashing bug on Steam Deck that there may have been some kind of significant breaking change in the last release.
Yup far right, spacebar to access and W to grate more. Eventually a server with the skill will do this for you.
