The only aspect of this game that literally pisses me off is the fish people casino - Card matching is fully broken

Why on earth did you think it was okay to make the AI cheat even on mid level bets with the card matching?
The AI just casually matches cards all the time that have been never flipped.
I am just alt+f4-ing now due to this bs, but i lack the words to express how frustrated this made me with a game i otherwise love.

What the ever loving * were you thinking when you put this in the game in the state it is in?
Its gonna be ok if the AI can see through cards and just match without flipping, i mean its totally not going to make people lose 2-3 missions worth of money each time due to your inability to code.

TL;DR: Card matching is completely broken. Do not attempt it unless you bet 10.

On the side I tracked it in an excel sheet and found the same behaviour. It seems like a more complex game of tic-tac-toe at times.

I stopped playing the card game. At least you can sell stuff to a shop.

Don't flip cards that have not already been revealed and git gud at remembering where the ones he flipped are. If you have perfect memory the only cards he will get is lucky flips, but I can tell you you'll basically win every time if you have a decent memory.

You can always grab some paper and write them down as you go, too.

I'm old enough to remember when most games that were released had minimal bugs and game breaking issues. The industry has gone downhill and so have expectations. Thanks, Zoomers and TikTokers!

idk what you guys' problem are. you cry over a memory game that i won first try on highest bet in an awesome game. you can also just ignore that mini memory game which has nothing to do with the main game itself. also if the AI does this twice or something its fine, can be RNG, more than that would be unfair i also would agree but this DOES NOT take away from any enjoyment of this nice game. i bought that for 15 bucks and played it longer than most games that cost 60. and MAROLIVER, just play the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game and dont worry about a card flip bug which Isnt a wideknown bug, maybe it wasnt a bug at all, cos i havent seen anything else about it. just enoy it its great. and game breaking issues what are u talking about? its a minigame with no relevance which is working fine, do u have proof besides 1 person complaining?

I've stopped playing the card game as well for this reason lol. The computer opponent miraculously manages to get a match on the second try "randomly selecting" then never forgets where a card is a single time afterwards. If I don't get lucky twice after that I can't catch up and he wins no matter what. Even using the method where I only picked cards that had been revealed and never missed a known match he still came out on top after "getting lucky" several times.

But I never lose at the shark tooth game and rarely lose with the hermit crab so 750-1000 coins a day was plenty to get me through the game.
